Use Character.AI to Talk to Your Customer

Once you have your customer avatar, you can feed it into an AI system called Character.AI, and you can chat to it whenever you need insights to help you with copyediting, branding, marketing and content.

Simply sign up by going here: character.ai.

Give yourself a username, then click on ‘create’.

Enter the name of your customer (make one up) and then describe them in the ‘greeting’ box.

Next, select ‘private’, so it’s just a chat for you. You can click on ‘advanced details,’ so that you can add more detail like this:

Now all you need to do is chat!

The AI keeps learning over time as you provide feedback, allowing you to develop a more realistic and complex avatar.

You can now talk to your customer any time you like, asking questions or posing scenarios and asking them how they might respond or feel.
